Really good breakfast. Usually the sausage gravy is some junk out of a can, but this gravy had sausage in it. The biscuits were nice as well. They had a small omelet to go with it. I would eat breakfast here anyway!
The location was great as there are many restaurants in the area as well as a few groceries stores. It's right off the interstate so the easy of access was great too. I also really enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the fancy coffee machine that I haven't seen anywhere else I've stayed. The only negative I have is that I stayed in room 205, and the noise when someone in another room was showering was quite loud. Not the actual people but it was like the pipes were just loud. Im not sure that every room is like this but it won't stop me from staying here again! The staff were great too, very welcoming and kind.
Jay at the front desk was extremely helpful with my Priceline Reservation. She was kind, considerate and courteous. When I made my reservation I requested a room easily accessible to a door due to my disabilities. My room was within 20 feet of an exterior door. Dennis fixed my window and heater immediately when i let Jay know cold air was seeping in. I also called ahead to request permission for my Son and grandchildren to come swim one evening. The hotel was quite accommodating. My grandchildren had such a great time. I truly enjoyed our family time together and hotel picnic. There is a meeting room, breakfast area adjacent to a well decorated lobby. A fitness room and office space. Everything for the leisure or business traveler.
Amazing service at the front desk, incredibly comfy bed to rest and recuperate on. This hotel, (and staff!) get top marks from me. The breakfast is also sensational. They have a gym and pool as well.
My stay was fantastic! The room was extremely spacious and very cozy. They upgraded me to a king suite which was very nice. The bed was comfortable and so was the couch. I got to film another episode for my YouTube channel An Independent Perspective with ample space. I have stayed here many times before. I love how there is a Walmart literally right next door. It is extremely convenient shopping wise. The staff are still top shelf with their service and breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. I absolutely recommend this location.
This was a very pleasant experience. The room was beautiful and so clean. The pillows and mattress were just perfect and I was so happy to see full sized bathroom products in the shower and sink area. And Dove products which are great for the value! I also loved the coffee maker. If I had one complaint it was that the toilet seat looked very worn down and you could see the underlying dark resin of the fiberglass coming through the paint. But otherwise it was a beautiful room. Would definitely stay there again!..
Clean, no bed bugs. (My top priorities) very nice and surprised by how spacious the room was. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was good.
When arriving we were greeted by Brittany she was a great person and very friendly and very hospitable and kind. She was able to help us find out we had already checked in online. And everything was smooth sailing from there. Our room was great parking was great the breakfast was delicious as well. And overall our experience was amazing. Brittany knows her stuff there as she should she has a degree in hospitality. Would stay there again but we're moving from Indiana to KY. Thanks again for the stay holiday inn it was great and you have a great assistant general manager!
